While draining and running water in middle of three compartment sink, raw sewage(black grainy and black water) coming up from open air gap floor drain. Also, waste/sewage water standing in basket of air gap. Instructed to repair sink and drain line to prevent inadequate disposal of waste/sewage water. Critical citation 7-38-030.
